How switching works
Tell us about your treatment
Complete our switching questionnaire, including your current treatment and dose.
Upload proof
Upload proof of your previous prescription, such as a dispensing label or prescription copy, so the prescriber can review it.
Prescriber review
A prescriber decides the right next dose for you. This may be the same dose, or a lower one if you have had a break in treatment.
Delivery and support
Your treatment is dispatched by our partner pharmacy, and you get full access to the Lotus app.
Switching questions
Who can switch?
You can apply to switch if you have used a GLP-1 medicine within the last 6 months and have a BMI of 20 or more, with proof of your previous prescription.
Will I stay on the same dose?
Your prescriber decides. If it has been more than 6 weeks since your last dose, you will usually restart at the starting dose for safety.
